Celebrating Women in Construction!
Before joining Mobile Medical Corporation in 2018 Joseph graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and worked for over five years at one of the United States largest background check companies. Currently, he oversees the background check and substance abuse programs of two of Pennsylvania's largest contractor associations. Joseph has been a key figure in bringing local unions and contractor associations up to date with the latest digital technology in substance abuse programs.
