Sergio has over a decade of combined experience in fire, EMS, and occupational medicine. He has worked with MMC since 2015 on several projects including: federal, local government, and private ventures. Mr. Carrillo holds certifications as paramedic in Virginia, and Tennessee, NFPA Firefighter I/II, Hazmat Operations, Occupational Hearing Conservationist, OSHA-30, and has extensive experience with point of collection substance abuse and alcohol testing.
